- Connect with your insurance plan and your healthcare providers to understand your coverage
- Determine if you qualify and help you enroll in copay and financial assistance programs
- Answer any questions you may have during your treatment with GAVRETO
- Be ready and available Monday-Friday 8 AM to 8 PM ET to address any questions or concerns

Eligible patients with commercial insurance pay as little as $0 per prescription fill with the GAVRETO copay assistance program.†
- Fill out and submit your information to determine if you are eligible
- Print out the copay card and have it available when speaking with the specialty pharmacy
